Added support for pulse on GPIO pin. For example pulse of 1 minute on dozing pump will allow you to inject exact value of some chemical to your pool. There may be fluctuation around 1/100..7/100 of second on 1..5 seconds pulse. No pulse queue.

Added C and JS support for ESP32 Hardware Pulse Counter
This feature currently targeted to measure pulses from water, electricity and etc. pulse devices to measure utility usage.
JS library also supporting persistent and offline counters, so once configured - values will be restored on reboot and updated without need of any internet and/or mqtt connection.
