git-daemon: add page

Ah okay, I thought I should only add this PR to the main comment list when it was 'done'. Will add it now.

Yeah, we add it as soon as the PR is open, because that way we can tell that someone is working on it. As soon as the PR is merged, anyone who is able to can tick the box (usually that's the PR merger).
