A terraform module providing a Redis ElastiCache cluster in AWS.
This module
- Creates Redis ElastiCache clusters
- Creates, manages, and exports a security group
- `env" - "env to deploy into, should typically dev/staging/prod"

- "Number of Redis cache clusters (nodes) to create"subnets
