Implements: AR-23 / MLP-KEEP-001 Slim `ml/pipelines/` keep-alive extract on live master 03ffb33. Dual-gate GREEN on tip (repo-gate 36058704829, termux-smoke 36058704728). Vercel mergeable_state=unstable is non-gate (#772). - Latest-session fixture resolver (session_20260924.json) - Minesweeper + supersede classifiers - ICM-CCTV projection - Skills: ml-pipeline-ops, icm-cctv-ops - Do not restamp LANE-MATRIX policy Supersedes stale keep-alive parents #787 / #746. Why
Issue #175 forbids wholesale merge of #432 / #549 / #601 / #682. #787 / #746 are stale keep-alive parents (WAIT/SUPERSEDE). Product work is the slim DAG, not another LANE-MATRIX pulse.
