Extends the existing GitHub Pages/Vercel dashboard map with machine-readable sitemap and robots surfaces and a verified Vercel deployment link.

URL contract

• GitHub Pages /help-wanted/ remains canonical.
• Adds /help-wanted/sitemap.xml and /help-wanted/robots.txt through the dashboard mirror.
• Links the current READY Vercel deployment from the dashboard and documents it as ephemeral deployment evidence, not canonical identity.
• Keeps project Pages as a thin hub, not a dashboard twin.
