Summary
This one-workflow correction prioritizes
OPERATOR_GITHUB_TOKEN(thenOPERATOR_TOKEN) for dependency-phase Project synchronization. The previously selected token successfully created phase issue #255 but was rejected by the GitHub ProjectV2addProjectV2ItemByIdmutation.No secrets are changed or exposed. The existing fallback chain remains intact; only its precedence now favors the established Project-capable Operator credential.
