Describe what enhancement you'd like to have
Proton is not easy to configure.
The current default behavior only listens for localhost IPv4.
If another server wants to access this server's Proton,
we currently need to edit the configuration and restart Proton.
So, I wanna listen for all ipv4 conn instead localhost ipv4.
