SmartTimer beta-2

New features:

• Correct computation of away time
• Possibility to choose after what delay the user is considered "away/idle"
• Open Excel .xls file after export
• All exports are kept throughout the day, each save in a different sheet of the Excel file

Known bugs & Missing "features":

• Nice dialog window to allocate "away/pause" time
• i18n
• Help menu + licence/disclaimers and such
• Portability to other operating systems than Windows
