This PR adds an iOS app developed using Compose Multiplatform.
The biggest difficulty in building Padawan on iOS using KMP is the bdk-swift library, which needs to be exposed using Objective-C interop.
It's a bit of work but the wrapper around bdk-swift works well and can be adjusted and rebuilt at will using the
build_xcframework.shshell script.
