Fixes

• Explicit mode now supports void methods (#​37) — in ImposterMode.Explicit there was no way to set the result generator for a void method, so a configured void call could not complete successfully. Void methods now get a default result generator.

• Parameters named after C# keywords no longer break generation (#​38) — a parameter such as TEvent @event produced ~100 compile errors in the generated file. Emitted identifiers are now escaped, so verbatim names round-trip correctly.

• Fixed a typo in the NuGet package description (#​43).
