Dependency Update Review: Verify 31.19.0 → 31.19.1

Change: Patch update bumping Verify, Verify.NUnit, and Verify.TUnit from 31.19.0 to 31.19.1 in Directory.Packages.props.

What changed upstream: This patch release marks passthrough string Verify overloads with [StringSyntax("*")], enabling IDE string syntax highlighting for those overloads. This is additive and non-breaking.

Assessment: The update is minimal and low-risk:

  • Single-file change, only version numbers affected
  • Patch release — no breaking changes per semver
  • All three Verify.* packages are bumped in lock-step (correct, as they should stay on the same version)
  • No snapshot regeneration required since this is a tooling-level annotation change, not a serialization behavior change

No concerns. This is a routine dependency bump that's safe to merge.
