v1.31.0

Version v1.31.0 contains a fix to the exporters that were logging in ERROR instead of INFO for some of the logs.

📝 It also brings a brand new feature to persist your in-memory cache to disk to be sure that your relay proxy will always restart even if the retrievers are not available. Check the configuration in the documentation to enable it by setting the location of the cache in the persistentFlagConfigurationFile field.
