Embedded Observable notebook doesn't execute unless onscreen #2
Description
Because the Observable runtime is triggered by requestAnimationFrame, it doesn't render when it's in an iframe offscreen. This also .output will not be updated when the iframe is offscreen.
For most cases, this seems totally fine! But it can be confusing when monitoring new output values.
