Create a new react app
Build SEPTA Rail Fare Calculator component

IMPROVEMENT NOTE

Implement eslint, prettier to keep the same coding rules and coding styles
Implement unit and snapshot testing to keep high-quality code
"best price choice" like "anytime" with 10 trips can be displayed if the user chooses other type with the bigger price like "best choice proposition" because 10 trips for $40 is better than 7 trips for $49 and it helps users to make the best choice.
Make it more eye-catching and responsive
