Run the manually dispatched deployment mirror workflow from pipeline-control and pass the Matrix pilot source ref as an explicit input. This keeps dispatch behavior in the control plane while still mirroring native-matrix-channel-pilot content. When the checked-out source branch has the normal Dependabot config (as this repo currently does), the preceding step creates a local ci: disable Dependabot on deployment mirror commit before this new git rev-parse HEAD runs. That means the PR title/body report an unpushed synthetic commit instead of the reviewed source_ref SHA, and the same value is used for the deployment commit message at line 77, breaking traceability back to theredspoon/ironclaw. Capture the checkout SHA before rewriting .github/dependabot.yml or otherwise preserve the original source commit.
