I've pinned these as we were getting genuine test failures from changes in MUI v9.1.0 onwards.
I'm going to take a look at these separately.

As above, pinned now because we were getting E2E failures which I think originate from TanStack/router#7805
This will be fixed in a smaller, more targeted, PR shortly.

Resolves 41/45 open dependabot issues.

pnpm update -randpnpm dedupeto update packages based on our stated version ranges (~,^etc).Will take a look at the remaining 4 issues next, as well as the two sets of pinned versions (MUI + TSR).
