Renamed libary using name for layout and functions

Just changed the name from nishchalraj to thenishchalraj, for keeping it similar to repository

Library feature remains same. Sample App feature password field visibility changes.

A release carrying some changes with the latest pull-request and modifications.

Password Strength Bar to show the strength of passwords

This is the first release of the library and this helps to show the strength in the style of separated password strength bar.
