Fixes #573

The modal component now doesn't render until mounted. This solves the issue of attempting to mount during SSR.

I ran the test's built into the library. I have also published the fix under @alfiejones/flowbite-react and used it in other projects to verify the fix.

It's been verified in NextJS 13 app dir.
