Document July 8–9 WDK releases

Summary

• Document the July 8 releases for WDK Core, Base Wallet, Bitcoin Wallet, React Native Core, and Worklet Bundler.
• Document the July 9 releases for Pear Worklet, WDK Utils, and TRON GasFree.
• Update affected API references, configuration pages, builder journeys, and safety guidance against the published artifacts.
• Correct TON and TON Gasless configuration and API guidance, incorporating the still-valid changes from docs: correct TON gasless configuration #134 into the current documentation structure.

Release caveats

• React Native Core beta.13 ships an incomplete default artifact and pins Pear Worklet beta.8, so its new generic-module API is not runnable through the default dependency graph.
• Worklet Bundler beta.5 requires Pear Worklet beta.9 for the documented JSON-RPC and generic-module paths; several declared config fields are not yet honored.
• Bitcoin Wallet beta.11 has an effective Node.js minimum of 20.19.0.
• TRON GasFree adds transactionMaxFee to its shared type, but native transaction methods remain unsupported.

TON verification

• TON Center clients require the v2 JSON-RPC endpoint, while TON API clients require the unversioned base URL. Paymaster configuration, supported methods, fee units, and receipt behavior now match the published TON beta.10 and TON Gasless beta.7 artifacts.
• The default-derivation mismatch and mandatory account-initialization claims from docs: correct TON gasless configuration #134 were not carried forward because they no longer match TON Gasless beta.7.

P2P Address Book is intentionally excluded and will be documented in a separate pull request.

Validation

• npm ci with Node.js 22.22.2 and npm 10.9.7
• npm run quality
