QVAC-20400 chore: Bump addon deps to latest releases for M-RoPE K-shift

Raise the dependency floors in @qvac/sdk to the newly published addon versions so the SDK pulls in the M-RoPE sliding context and K-shift work shipped in those releases:

• classification-ggml 0.3.0 -> 0.3.1
• embed-llamacpp 0.19.0 -> 0.19.1
• llm-llamacpp 0.23.2 -> 0.24.0
• translation-nmtcpp 5.0.0 -> 5.0.1
