What problem does this PR solve?
The QVAC architectural manifesto and principles were not part of the repo. They belong alongside the existing architecture docs in
docs/architecture/so they are discoverable next toARCHITECTURE.mdand the C4 diagrams.How does it solve it?
Adds
docs/architecture/MANIFESTO.md(7 non-negotiable architectural properties derived from the QVAC North-Star axioms) anddocs/architecture/PRINCIPLES.md(11 decision rules traced back to the manifesto). Cross-links between the two files remain relative and resolve in the new location.Breaking changes
None. Documentation only.
