Fix chunking not working in whisper

• This the problem was introduced from 0.4.2 to 0.5.0
• Fixed it in 0.5.6 as a temporary measure
• Fixing it in main now in 0.6.2
• Updating integration test to ensure that no regressions are observed anymore
