Built locally from this portfile, into fully isolated install / buildtrees / packages roots, with the
binary cache disabled (--binarysource=clear) so a cache restore could not masquerade as a build:

• version: qvac-fabric[core,gpu-backends,llama]:arm64-osx@10297.1.1
• Downloading …/archive/v10297.1.1.tar.gz → Successfully downloaded — so the SHA512 gate passed
• Building qvac-fabric[core,gpu-backends,llama]:arm64-osx@10297.1.1 — the new version resolved and
  compiled, no Restored line anywhere
• All requested installations completed successfully in: 1.3 min
• both arm64-osx-dbg and arm64-osx-rel configured and built; post-build validation passed
• real artifacts produced (libllama.a, libggml-metal.a, libggml-cpu.a, libmtmd.a, …)

Additionally, all 7 consumers in tetherto/qvac are green against this exact fabric commit, validated
via an overlay pin on qvac#4121 before this tag was cut:
fabric, embed-llamacpp, llm-llamacpp, model-fit, ocr-ggml, translation-nmtcpp, vla-ggml.
