macOS doesn't have wget as standard. No need to install tflint and add to path if done this way.

If possible, I think it would be great to complete the process with non-root user privileges...

An alternative is to create a ~/bin dir and then once off echo ~/bin | sudo tee /etc/paths.d/home_bin
