This PR adds
lang.ReferencesInExprto parse references in Terraform Language fromhcl.Expression.Reference parsing allows for more advanced inspection than native HCL expression parsing. for example:
・Emit a warning when a certain variable is used.
・If a resource is referenced, analyze the resource block and check for the possibility of including invalid values.
These packages are a fork of the Terraform internal packages and are independently maintained for the SDK.
