Managed node groups missing outputs

What is the current behavior?

Currently only iam roles added to the managed nodes is returned.
Terraform module outputs various other outputs including resulting asg arn, status, etc.

Especially the asg arn seems useful.

What's the expected behavior?

Output all output returned by Terraform module, as well as relevant values set by the terraform-aws-eks module (such as the resulting iam role)

Are you able to fix this problem and submit a PR? Link here if you have already.

The map returning the role arn, as added via #641, has as key a computed value that can't be predicted. I would suggest having the node_group outputs either:

• Ordered list with maps, same order as node_groups are defined.
• Map where key is the name variable used in node group definition.
