The client is as much or more important than this crate IMO. Not sure top-level badges work best for a multi-crate repo. Also, probably about time to rename this repo and make the README to be for Rust SDK.

We should probably move the link to be under the SDK section header. We can have a separate link for client crate as well.
Maybe we actually should move that whole section above the Core section at this point too. Rename we can do once we're in pub preview.

Added top level client section as well as a client readme. Happy to move badges to just crate level READMEs if preferred.
