Improve synchronisation between navigation and contents #31

If I scroll the contents (on the right hand side), it will take 2-3 seconds for the corresponding navigation on the left to be highlighted. This is not a great user experience.

The synchronisation should be immediate.

This issue is related to #18

If the navigation section on the left is long, e.g. containing a lot of methods, then sometimes the corresponding navigation is not even highlighted. For example, check out Carriers section on Temando spec file.
