Steps to reproduce

  1. in your first account (number 1), open a chat and start recording a voice message
  2. send the voice and while it is being uploaded, immediately switch your account to your second account (number 2)
  3. wait a few seconds to make sure the voice has been uploaded in your first account
  4. return to your first account
  5. in the chat list, it has a single tick, but when you open the chat, a clock icon is under the voice message instead of a single tick

the voice is uploaded successfully but the icon is wrong

Expected behaviour
