[Bug|Inconsistency]No "Download selected" when a part of selected files are already downloaded

Steps to reproduce

imagine you have 2batches of 10 mp3 tracks on you want to download all at once
2x10 = 20 mp3s
in the same chat
if you select them, right-clicking you can press "download selected"
that's great

but here is a catch
if there is a duplicate track among the tracks that you have already downloaded before(already exists on telegram download folder from before)
now if you have selected all the mp3 tracks the one that has been downloaded/exists on download folder wont let the "download all" appear unless you go and find that track in between those and deselect or delete it from folder!

now imagine if you have more than 10 tracks selected, then it becomes more difficult to find tracks that are duplicated/already downloaded among 100s of mp3 & delete/deselect them one by one from your already selected mp3s in the chat!
so it hinders this amazing useful option to download all select mp3s that got introduced some patches ago!

so please code telegram desktop in a way to show the "download all" option even if there are duplicate tracks in the selection/download folder
make it simply ignore/skip the already downloaded ones and still download all selected

Expected behaviour

Download selected option should appear and work no matter if some files are downloaded before no matter how many files you select.

Actual behaviour

download selected won't appear on the context/right-click menu at all if a file among selection is already downloaded before.

tested it, seems #26762 & #26761 are both fixed!
Seemingly now you can download to max select 100 mp3 and dl them with "download selected" no matter if there are any already downloaded mp3 among the selection!
