Hide changes to go.sum by default from GitHub diffs

This instructs GitHub's code review UI to hide go.sum diffs as
"generated", and avoids unnecessary scrolling for reviewers.

go.mod is "less" generated and more useful than the .sum, I would keep it shown (because we want to see what version are bump, not what sum in shaxxx it leads to)
