events: rename EmitEvent and EmitErrorEvent 🌲

Changes

This renames two methods:

events.EmitEvent -> events.Emit
events.EmitErrorEvent -> events.EmitError

It keeps the old name and mark them as Deprecated (so that external
user of those function are not broken).
