Backfills TBD in the sync-upstream-v380 entry with the #401 merge-commit hash b3527b1; FORK_CHANGELOG + README table re-rendered. Local check-docs.sh clean (llms-full verified in the render set this time — the #395 lesson).

How do review limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits within each organization.

For paid Pro and Pro+ reviews, CodeRabbit uses a developer's included PR review attempts over the past 7 days to set the current hourly allowance. At typical activity levels, the full plan allowance applies. Higher sustained activity can lower the allowance until earlier attempts leave the 7-day window.

check-docs went red on this branch: README claimed 6189 tests, pytest
collects 6271 with the 82 new lane tests. Bump README + CLAUDE.md, then
re-render the two generated targets that embed them (llms-full.txt) or
mine cli.py docstrings (python-api/cli.md — it picks up cmd_diary,
cmd_kg, cmd_walk, cmd_rate).

scripts/check-docs.sh is green locally: all 7 checks, including the 25
fork hash references and the 180 upstream PR-state claims.

No docs/fork-changes.yaml entry yet — an entry pins a commit hash, and
this branch still has a rebase ahead of it in the merge cascade, so the
hash would be dead on arrival. It gets backfilled with the merge hash the
way the v3.8.0 sync entry was (#402).

NOTE for the cascade: the test count moves again with every lane that
lands. Whoever merges second and third has to re-bump these four files or
check-docs goes red on the merge commit.

Slice of #191
