Six fork-ahead changes from 2026-05-05 that had code on main but no YAML documentation, originally drafted as PR #11 five days ago and since superseded by 247 commits of unrelated work that left the PR 247 commits behind: - dashed-project-wing-fix (commit d76134d, #10) - wing-prefix-drop (commit 86d4700, #9) - retire-recovery-collection (commit 0b945e1, #8) - mining-management-cli (commit 2e6ced9, #7) - drop-checkpoint-write-path (commit 69768fc, #6) - transcript-ingest-via-daemon (commit 09d2ca6, #2) All 6 commits verified on main via git merge-base. Extracted as raw YAML text from PR #11's commit (039f156) and prepended into the correct chronological position; FORK_CHANGELOG.md regenerated; all 6 carry `pr:` fields so they're exempt from CLAUDE.md row inventory enforcement per scripts/check-docs.sh check 5. scripts/check-docs.sh passes 5/5 (16 fork-only YAML commits in CLAUDE.md row inventory — same as before since these 6 use the upstream-PR exemption pathway). The 0.990 R@5 config was Gemini Embed 2 + FTS5 + RRF per our palace's verbatim capture — not 'SQLite + FTS5 only' as previously described.
