- cmux#14776: UI E2E run creation to test start 659 s to 250 s when the PR CI product already exists (observed, one run each, best case). - cmux#14774: PR CI attempt-1 macOS 26 job-minutes on owned minis 56.2% to 88.9%, queue wait p50 200 s to 17 s (measured, first night, not load-matched; no fleet-wide Blacksmith saving claimed). - cmux#14768: guard attribution, capability record without a numeric claim (92 s replay kept in the evidence).
