Align CMUX execution-role fixtures with acceptance v2

Fix the cross-merge regression exposed by #1090/#1091 Verify.

#1084 added execution-role/capacity tests using a synthetic fleet acceptance receipt. #1088 later made the accepted receipt contract glaeda-cmux-fleet-acceptance/v2, so the fixture now fails closed before any role/capacity assertion runs.

This test-only repair updates that one fixture to the merged v2 shape:

• current Glaeda fleet-contract generation;
• CMUX environment class/toolchain identity;
• post-bootstrap digest;
• Glaeda-local execution class + attempt digest;
• existing source/profile/toolchain/settlement/result evidence unchanged.

No production role, placement, capacity, lease, or fleet code changes.

This restores the base Verify suite so dependent PRs can be evaluated against the actual merged contracts.

Superseded by merged #1093 / main 64f1bc80e994d4f87cb850ee828f9d09780e30b6, which repairs the same acceptance-v2 execution-role fixture and restores the base contract. This PR is test-only and now redundant; closing without merge.
