What changed

• Merged 6 upstream commits through pingdotgg/t3code@d3c24a14b9.
• Imported unsettled-thread ordering fixes, faster release CI, macOS preview downloads without signing in, Codex 0.150 multi-agent event support, and upstream v0.0.35 release preparation.
• Preserved the fork package version 2026.8.2600, private server package configuration, and fork-owned prerelease workflow.

Why

Updates the fork to the upstream v0.0.35 release point without replacing fork versioning, package identity, or release automation.

UI changes

This imports the upstream change that returns un-settled threads to the top of thread lists. Screenshots were not captured because browser verification was not requested.

• Focused tests for all 9 changed test files: 229 passed
• Typechecks for mobile, server, web, client runtime, contracts, and effect-codex-app-server
• Formatting check for all 27 changed files
