Ensure P2p sync adds “src” field.

p2p sync should process eliminated miners
position_syncer is being used in perfledgermanager init. Change to p2p_syncer!

Note - mothership has some limitations on when writing is allowed. This is a failsafe against p2p sync doing something unexpected.
