DataFormat.md is inconsistent with actual behavior.

  • DataFormat.md says that CATCH_LABEL event records a dataid corresponding to a CALL instruction
  • SELogger records an instruction index.

SELogger uses an instruction index because an exception may be caused by an instruction that has no dataId.
