The command-table is no longer readable by human since no longer prettify on write.
It's OK. I can use json prettifier when necessary.
registerCommandFromSpechaving migration code for old spec field to new spec field.But I believe this function is used only by vmp plugin created by me.
Will remove this migration code after I finished migration.
