This would be awesome to have and we could upgrade operator-sdk to 0.12.0, but we are blocked by kubernetes-sigs/controller-runtime#588 |

The script file is a nice helper to bump the kubernetes version.
I do
./change_version.sh v1.16.3, for instance.
