This changes all classes to be formatted in the same way. * Each property is on it's own line * Each declaration is on it's own line * Single linebreak in between rulesets

After talking with @mrmrs on Twitter, I've rebased onto their branch in #145 and applied their style to rst files that are using inline CSS given that the original file is now mostly haiku.
