Bumps the package to 0.16.0. The changelog's Unreleased section becomes 0.16.0, with an empty Unreleased above it for the next change.
0.16.0 is #31: an action's readout lists what the server did before the action began under "before this:", so an iPad's queued work sending once it's back online is no longer put down to the next tap. This settles the messy-days finding "opening a part's panel records a part" (the readout, not Flowology), and is the last piece of Flowology's re-test batch B0.
Checked: typecheck, lint, and prettier on every tracked file (
pnpm run checkitself trips only on the untracked local graphify-out/). A fresh build packs as swarmbox@0.16.0 with CHANGELOG.md. This PR changes only package.json and CHANGELOG.md.Agent: drew
