Made a tool to easily update
data.py's players list. Outputs a completedata.pyfile (including static team data). I tried to make it look and function similar to the existing tools.Also updated the built-in
data.pyfile to fix a few errors for players with names that have an uncommon format. This file was generated with the new tool.
