Restructured source moving nba_api under src to create a src-layout structure
Upgraded project to have a modern pyproject.toml file versus the legacy setup.py
Added multiple updates to the pyproject.toml that were previously not included or unavailable in setup.py
Version Bump to 1.1.12
Restructured tests creating tests\integration and tests\unit
Added [tool.pytest.ini_options] to pyproject.toml
