This is similar to what we do in https://github.com/svix/diom
We use
docker/github-builderto do native multiarch builds into GHCR (becausedocker/github-builderdoesn't support release environments), and then we run a separate job to copy from GHCR to DockerHub in the release environment.Not sure if there's a good way to test this other than running it...
