Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
People could want to run svelte-check in watch mode, getting updated checks as they code and save.

Describe the solution you'd like
A --watch option for svelte-check.

Additional context
Implementation hint: It would be nice if version numbers of the documents would be handled somehow, so that the language-server would only recompile those files which are updated. Maybe through extending the svelte-check.ts file inside the language-server with and update method.
