MINIX compilation and package build steps

## To compile for the first time
./build.sh -mi386 -O ../obj.i386 -U release

## Run an incremental compilation
./build.sh -u -mi386 -O ../obj.i386 -U release

## Run compile for arm architecture
./build.sh -u -mevbearm-el -O ../obj.evbearm -U release

## create iso cdrom image for installation
export CREATE_IMAGE_ONLY=1
./releasetools/x86_cdimage.sh
