Vagrant Subutai Plugin Integration

Major 3.0.0 Release

• Boxes require and work with the Vagrant Subutai Plugin
• With Vagrant Plugin Integration boxes now support
  • All Subutai CLI commands can now be issued by vagrant subutai $command
  • Growing disk capacity on the virtual machine with plugin
  • Ability to automatically register a peer with the Subutai Bazaar using the vagrant subutai register

Boxes from the past will still work in their own. They simply will NOT work with the Vagrant Subutai Plugin. 2.0.x will no longer be supported. All users are expected to upgrade so we can continue to provide new features via the new Vagrant Subutai Plugin.
