E2E (1.26) failed, re-running.

E2E (1.26) failed, re-running.

The uninstall E2E is failing consistently: "submariner-routeagent-uninstall-j62dg" did not complete. It expects the pod phase to be "running" but it remained "pending". However the route-agent container completed and the operator log reports that the daemonset was deleted. This is only failing with 1.26 so I assume something changed in the latest release. I think we should change the E2E logic to ensure the route-agent container completed. I'll push a PR soon but in the meantime we can temporarily change the 1.26 job to non-required.
